Price Guarantee

At PetO we promise to provide the best choice of products at the lowest everyday prices. We frequently check our products to ensure we offer competitive prices. If you find a cheaper price within 20km of your local store, even if it's on special, our Price Guarantee lets you match or beat it by 10%!*

Price Match
We will “Price Match” a competitor’s cheaper online price, providing that:
It is on an identical product
The identical product is available to be purchased (i.e.: not out of stock)
The product is sold by An Australian business (physical or online)

Price Beat
We will “Price Beat” a competitor’s everyday in-store price (i.e. not on sale). The Price Beat only applies:
To the competitors "non-sale" price at the time of the Price Beat (for all competitor instore sale prices – a “Price Match” will be applied), and
The competitor has a physical retail store within 20kms of the PetO store visited, and
If the instore price is identical to the online price (if the competitor’s instore price is higher than their online price – a “Price Match” will be applied).
The Price Beat may only be considered for some competitors subject to a team member contacting the competitor to establish the instore price and availability of products being purchased.
Price Match and Price Beat are subject to the Price Guarantee “Terms and Conditions” below.

Terms & Conditions
The PetO Price Guarantee only applies when:
The customer is a member of “PetO Pals” and has a valid email address and phone number in the system.
Customers are personally shopping for products stocked in store at PetO.
The customer specifies who the competitor is and provides confirmation of the competitors current publicly advertised price (either physically or digitally. Screen prints will not be accepted)

The identical products (brand, size, variety/flavour) and quantities being purchased are in stock with the competitor (in store for a Price Beat or online for a Price Match)

A Price Match for a competitor’s online price will include any associated costs of delivery that would normally be incurred had the purchase been made directly from the competitor.
No further discounts can be applied to Price Match and Price Beat transactions.
Price Match and Price Beat are only available in-store and not currently available on PetO online.
Customers will continue to receive their PetO Pals benefits through a Price Match and Price Beat Transaction.

Price Guarantee exclusions:
PetO In store services such as grooming, vet services, dog wash facilities and shelter adoptions
Competitor frequent buyer programs or brand cash
Auto delivery or repeat delivery prices
Spend & save promotions, including personalised or targeted offers
Flash sales like Click Frenzy, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, AfterPay Day
Staff discounts
Short-dated or damaged stock
Liquidation, clearance, or end of range promotion
Products advertised on marketplace or auction sites (including Amazon, eBay)
Competitor “member pricing” (except for Petbarn where online “member” prices can be matched, not beat)

PetO reserves the right to not provide Price Guarantee if the price is below our costs and PetO may also limit the quantity of products available to be purchased on Price Guarantee at its discretion.

PURCHASE ACCEPTANCE

Please Note: "CUSTOMER SELF DECLARATION" By purchasing ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet, you acknowledge and agree that the following is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  1. I confirm that my pet was examined by a Veterinarian who recommended the use of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet on the basis of his/her diagnosis.
  2. I have read and understood that whilst my pet is being fed ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet, it is recommended that seek veterinary advice at least every 6 months regarding the usage of ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.
  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use ROYAL CANIN Prescription Diet.

PURCHASE ACCEPTANCE

Please Note: "CUSTOMER SELF DECLARATION" By purchasing Hill’s Prescription Diet, you acknowledge and agree that the following is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  1. I confirm that my pet was examined by a Veterinarian who recommended the use of Hill’s Prescription Diet on the basis of his/her diagnosis.
  2. I have read and understood that whilst my pet is being fed Hill’s Prescription Diet, it is recommended that I seek veterinary advice at least every 6 months regarding the usage of Prescription Diet.
  3. I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet's condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use Hill’s Prescription Diet
